Our body needs fat for a lot of reasons. It helps nutrient absorption. It coats the nerve cells of the brain. It stored excess energy. These are just a few benefits of fats.
If our body is making making too much fat, then we have to ask the obvious question: why is my body making too much fat?
Possible answers:
You are eating the the wrong food. Do you know that when you eat the right food, you don’t need to worry about the amount?
When you are eating the right food, you will less likely have craving. Your body is the most high tech computer with advance feedback mechanism. It knows it’s lacking some nutrients and is sending feedback to the brain. The brain says, “eat more.”
Your body is not able to detox in the same rate that your are stuffing it with toxins. The cells simply contain those toxins in a “box” called fats so that it will not harm other cells.
So, instead of hating your body for the excess fats, thank it. Be grateful for the fats. They mean well. Excess fats is just a symptoms of accumulative things that are not kind to your body.
